Deputy President Dr. William Ruto formally opened the annual tourney yesterday at the Eldoret National Polytechnic where he underscored the central role of County Assemblies in ensuring that devolution succeeds. He further reiterated that sports enhance national cohesion and integration.

Themed, ‘Sports and Culture as a means to National Cohesion’, the sporting event brings together Members of County Assemblies (MCAs) and members of staff from all the 47 County Assemblies.

Siaya County Assembly is participating in Football, Tug of War, Indoor Games, Volleyball, Netball, Athletics, Cultural Dance among other disciplines.
